I had purchased Voltas Vetris Plus1.5 ton in Sep 2008. Ever since it was installed we are not able to use it. The outdoor unit installed is making lots of noise. The noise is so high that I am sure that even airplane engine doesn’t makes that much voice.
After repeated complaints one technician came to our house and told that the Outdoor unit balance is not leveled. He tried to fix this but he failed, he said that he will come again with some rubber stands to fix the problem. But never come back. Since then we have logged 4 complaints but still the same result.
Its cooling is pathetic. I have Samsung 1.5 ton AC which was installed 3 years back. This 3 yrs old Samsung’s cooling is better than brand new Voltas Vertis.
On complaints the technician says this is the best voltas can do. We can not do anything about this.
I would advice my friends to avoid Voltas. The service and performance is pathetic. Buy any other brand but not Voltas.
