I purchased a Voltas Split AC(Invoice No. SLEC9624871, Order ID 949768318977) on 19 June 2024. Since day one, it has been defective cooling issues, repeated breakdowns & even electrical shock risk ⚡.
Despite raising 10+ complaints(SR Nos: 24062023914, 25030704354, 25032845452, 25032922308, 25041156487, 25041206366, 25042045532, 25080821055, 25081307623, 25082301022) and countless follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp, Voltas has failed to resolve the issue.
This has caused me immense inconvenience & financial loss. I am now demanding immediate replacement or full refund under warranty.
@Voltas_AC @VoltasLtd Please act responsibly before I am forced to escalate this to the Consumer Forum.
