I purchased this AC in May 2014. Since the time I purchased it has cooling problem. Gas leakes every month. There is a problem of water leakage.
I have been following up continuosly with customer care but the problem has not been resolved. Warranty also expired this year. Please don't purchase Voltas AC at all. Customer service is horrible and product quality is very poor. You should go for brands like o general or hitachi. They are a bit costly but atleast you will be free of all the hassles.
