I am an IT professional from Chennai. I used Vodafone corporate connection. I got two corporate connection from Vodafone in my name and my wife's name. My number was 9176612310. I called customer care many times to change the plan. They said since it is a corporate connection i need to contact the corp care. I have sent a mail on June 29th to change the plan.
They gave me a reference number 183467245 on 30th June. My bill for next month rs 472 came with the old plan. Then i asked them to revert this bill to my old plan so that I can pay. Then they disconnected my connection for august and sent me a bill of 300rs. I have sent a mail on this to let them understand but no proper response. Now they started sending this. Kindly clear the o\s of rs. 854.00/- on or before 12/10/2011 (Thursday 4.00 pm) with out fail to avoid legal proceedings.
I didn't notice this in my mail box and now they sent to my home address.then i checked my mail and came to know this.
