I placed an order on 06.06.2025 on Vlebazaar.in for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II Cross Gen Edition PS4(Order ID: #3710833) and paid ₹;2, 849.00 via credit card.
The order was cancelled well in time on 07.06.2025, even before it was shipped. The company acknowledged the cancellation and committed to refund the full amount by 18.06.2025. This status is STILL showing in my account even today yet no refund has been credited to my card.
To make matters worse, my credit card bill generated on 04.07.2025 shows the debit, but no credit for refund. This is not just irresponsible, it is financially torturous and mentally harassing. I'm stuck paying interest on an amount for a product I never received!
Vlebazaar's customer support is either unresponsive or evasive they simply do not care once they have your money. This is clear cheating, and they are openly defrauding customers by showing fake refund statuses and not initiating actual refunds.
I strongly warn other customers DO NOT SHOP from Vlebazaar.in. Their operations are highly suspicious, refund process is a lie, and youll be left chasing your money endlessly.
I will be reporting this to the Consumer Forum, RBI Ombudsman, and posting on every public platform to expose their tactics. Companies like this should be legally penalized for exploiting honest consumers.
