Hey I bought the flat in vkc chourasia Manor 2, it really worked out for me. Price is good, specifications are good. Moreover, I liked the connectivity. It is 1 km from ORR but nearer to schools. I want my kid to walk to the school and avoid taking school bus. We all know about school buses, 15 year old buses repainted with braking issues and rash driving, news about school bus tragedies.
I was scared for my kid's safety, I searched properties for months that could yield good Appreciation, also very close to good schools. Done the Bank process also. I consulted many people, took time, compared all the projects, spent time on internet, talked to close ones. Talked to people in vkc, twice I met them in week time, talked my bank, got their suggestion as well. Nearby big builders also started their projects.
They have another project next to School and is in pre launch stage chourasia Pride, I liked pre Launch Property first but I had to stretch my budget a bit for that, I have other commitments also so I went with under construction Manor Phase 2. People in the real estate told me that with the change of govt, more infrastructure projects could come around bangalore, and I know govt is going to increase the guidance rate also I had to make suitable investment also.
