They collected initial token money from me. Later they refused to enter into agreement as per government rules. Since they took money from me, I asked them to sign in the Sale deed, they refused. When I asked to mention the layout amenities (for which only they charge premium otherwise it is a mere piece of land) in the agreement/sale deed, they refused. They refused to mention name address and PAN number of VIP directors in the agreement sale deed.  When I asked for refund, they are not refunding my money. I wish I could have been more careful in dealing with VIP group. I have now learnt that they did not own a single square feet of land. Yet they collected money from me.

If this is not cheating, then what is it? I am seeing many other complaints on the internet from investors who have been cheated by VIP. Is this the way VIP has build up its "branded". Are they branded cheats? Have they opened a number of companies with "VIP" only with a purpose of cheating people and evading government tax?

People need to be careful, and government to investigate.
