Videocon FA 55 the so-so kinda fully auto machine. Review on Videocon FA 55

I bought Videcon FA 55 in Jan and if I look at over all performance its just a okay kinda machine...

1. Its fully automatic machine for a price little more than semi automatic.

2. User interface is traditional when compared with the new LCD display things to get today.

3. The operation is noiseless and smooth.

The weight detector circuit is not reliable and 6/10 times you need to set manually the water level and fuzzy goes for a toss. They claim to have a detector for the type of cloths but I have serious doubts about it, as I have never seen the machine detecting anything other than normal mode even if I put all denims or all delicate cloths.

But if you set the water levels and mode right manually thing works like a charm.

If you want to go for non -expensive fully automatic washing machine ... go for it .. but with the kinda variety and features you get in today's washing machine its just the very basic one...
