On the off chance that you work in this organization, your profile will get discolored so vigorously you will have to struggle a lot to get hired by another company. There is a lot of politics and racial discrminitaion in the company and priority is given to malayalies in terms of promotion and salary hikes. This organization is somewhat boycotted by HR groups of significant companies, and on the off chance that you get hired with regards to this company, you should trade off on your position a level or two beneath. Everybody in the industry is aware of this, atleast the recruiters are smart. Learn from my expereince, remain at home, and do some additional courses, rather joining in such a terrible organisation. I would never suggest anyone to jon this company.
