I am a regular buyer of urbanic recently bought 2 dresses they but there was size issue so I requested for return after that it was coming that it will go for quality check and then it will be refunded acter waiting for more than 20 days when I asked for status I got a call and whe said that kts rejected as I have changed the tags of the dresses how ridiculous is this, is it possible for anyone to change the tag and why someone would do that amd it is really impossible to change the tags and now I am sending emails and these
