May 16 2017 - I am in the universal bus - travelling to velankanni. The Driver is driving very harshly and the attender has loaded this bus with all sorts of people from the road trying to make some extra money . This bus stinks now with so many people let in from the road and the AC is not cooling at all! When I questioned the staff - they say that I have a seat so just shut up and sit .! This is really outrageous! You pay money for a comfortable journey and you are treated so lowly?
Will never take this travel service - but unfortunatel my return ticket to chennai from velankanni is in this same travel bus . that is if we reach velankanni alive . god bless us!
