Extremely disappointed with the service quality and customer handling at Universal Honda. Despite multiple visits(34 times within just 2 months of delivery), my Honda Shine 125 continues to have unresolved issues including a faulty gear mechanism, abnormal engine noise, and corrosion on several components.
I raised a formal complaint with Honda customer care(Ticket No.: 1-143302969666) and was promised a callback from the escalation team. Not a single follow-up has been received. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.
The dealership staff has failed to provide any meaningful resolution or even a point-wise response to my concerns. It feels like customers are being ignored once the sale is done.
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting reliable service or post-sale support. Honda must take strict action to improve service standards and customer care at this location.
