Name is "TruWW "" In reality its Fake!!. Review on Truww Interiors, Bangalore

Dear Friends,

I would like to share my recent experience with Truww, whom I initially considered for the interior design of my new flat in Hyderabad. contacted Gachibowli Branch

met sales executive: Pranitha and Abhilash M his manager

During my visit to the experience center, I was impressed enough by their sugar quoted talk and warm welcome to make a spot booking and pay a 10% advance even that time their office is not fully established. They assured me that the quoted amount with 35% discount.

after researching in internet and some other sources, came to know they are incompetent and unprofessional.

I was asked to withdraw from Truuw and asked to refund my amount back.

Now their true colors came out and they did n't agreed for refund and asking us to take minimum 3L worth work. we requested managerAbhilash multiple times, he told he will talk to their team and take decision.

but he just played a trick they are not accepting and tried a lot from his side, but its fake. But he promised 35% discount he will give assurance.

then we understood they are playing with us as our money with.

then I uploaded same issue in google review mentioned the same what experience I had with TruWW

Immediately called some one called Noel and mentioned remove google review, we will solve problem.he called multiple times and agreed for minimum 2L worth work with 35% discount.

asking us to remove negative google review comment.

After removing comment, they are not responding at all and now they are saying we will not give any discount. they twisted their tongue like anything, each time they will say different stories by support person Priyanka.

Now we tried to call Noel their back end person, not even lifting our calls and messages.

Now they have done some settings to not visible our google review visible to anyone

They are cheaters and big liars.they will keep high price and then start we will give 30 to 35% discount if you book now itself. otherwise we can't give same offer once you go and come back.they will not say anything about cancellation procedure and their internal policies. they will not refund money and block you to proceed for minimum amount even you are not interested.theirs customer support team also not supportive and try to dictate us. They don't have minimum ethics to resolve issues and don't care about clients situation.

please be cautious before visiting their experience center.

I have all the proofs and I will share all the details in offline if anyone required

I am one if the victim of Truww gachibowli center. I suggest don't visit their office and get cheated by their unprofessional team

actually I have to give rating 0, but no option. their customer support team also doesn't have proper information they will keep on changing their word's each time and their response also very poor.

If any one looking for interiors with Truww please think multiple times and then plan.

Ultimately, I opted to withdraw from the project, but Truww forfeited my entire advance payment without any justification.

I urge you all to be cautious when engaging with Truww and consider other options for your interior design needs.

TruWW team is unprofessional, incompetent and not worth for

money and time. Better stay away from them
