I had a terrible experience with TRUWW. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing them.
Very limited design options – What was showcased during the sales pitch was completely different from what was actually offered.
False commitments – Both the sales team and the design head made several promises which were not honored later.
Poor quality of work – The execution was subpar and definitely not worth the price paid.
No after-sales support – Once the payment was made, the service virtually stopped.
Major Pain Points:
• They make attractive commitments to close the deal, but once the payment is done, they don’t honor those promises.
• They demand full payment upfront, and after that, it’s a struggle to even get a response. At times, they completely ghost you.
• Post-installation snags were never addressed. Despite logging multiple tickets, no action was taken. Eventually, I had to hire external help to get things fixed.
In short, TRUWW delivers substandard work for a premium price and offers zero accountability once the payment is done.
