truw is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
The handover was good and they did a great Job in terms of delivery. However, Im following up with them for more than 2 months to get the issues with Hinges sorted and they are just not taking ownership. There is no value for the warranty they talk about while getting your project onboard.
One of the worst post sale support.
