I had a pathetic experience with truww/false. It seems the work has been done by a local carpenter. There are multiple wall breakage, mismatch color of bed (the 4 sides of the bed are not matching), poor installation, poor handling of the raw materials which lead to cracks at multiple places in my furniture, rough edges in the kitchen panel, the edge banding is not smooth or even, zero update from the team, we had to do multiple followups for everything, fake promise of express delivery, zero knowledge of how to talk to a frustrated and unsatisfied customer. Now they have stopped responding to my emails also. Please don't fall in their trap. Most of the reviews posted seems fake. Mr. Nischay, the CEO promised to compensate on my sufferings, however he has stopped responding to my messages and emails. All fake promises. TRUWW is FALSE - A BIG TRAP.
