One of the worst service provider is trp factory.


I went to Bali with trip factory package and had very bad experience. The contact person made mistake in air ticket and I had to pay extra amount for that at the airport. When I reached Bali the driver they provided for the sight seen was comming late daily so that we should not complete our sight seen...even after complening about him they haven't change anything and due to that our 2 places was missed and they haven't provided any refund about it.


I will not suggest anyone to go with trip factory.
