I booked a Treebo hotel at Kolhapur. Paid the 50% booking amount. Treebo sent email confirmation about booking. When Me along with my family reached to the hotel reception at 9 pm and the hotel staff said there is no booking for you in the hotel system and all rooms are booked. I called up the customer care. Customer care staff was telling me that there must be some technical issue and trying to convince that you will get room. Customer care staff is fully trained to lie to the customer. After 1 hr of call I somehow managed to get their senior regional manager and he apologised and offer for refund in 2 days. I managed to get room in another hotel. Time was 10:30 pm. My Worst experience with Treebo didn’t end there and continued with for refund also. For one month I was following up with customer care and support executives were lying about my refund process. This company is pathetic in service as well as customer support. I would strongly recommend to not to book any hotel through them. If anybody wants to hear my experience please feel free to call me.
