Hotel book through Treebo in Mahablashewar Named Shindola resort. Booked 2 rooms for 4adults and 2 kids age:-7 and 10months respectively.
1.Leech on bed cover under the blanket (picture and video attached) .
Unavailable toilet seat on western toilet, after asking they brought the broken seat and told us clamping bolts are available in Pune and we have to manage with the seat(picture attached)
Room on ground floor with broken window lock, no privacy and anybody can barge in through window.
During book through Treebo, it was advised we will be getting the valley view room and they will advise the hotel for the same and asked us to pay in advance(50%) of the total booking, after reaching hotel no valley rooms as it was already booked and only 2 rooms beside office were available.
Stinking room, both the room bathroom were stinking with some dead rat smell. It was notified and we were given room freshener to spray.
Note:- Hospitality of the hotel is good and apart from that nothing is even worth to stay. We had planned for 2days stay but had to cancel becoz of so many issues with the hotels on day 1.
Note:- I have too many picture and videos which I have shared with Treebo as well on their mail id. And I waited for their response as well. I received the call and wanted to know the corrective action from their side but nothing in mail I received. Received call that necessary action was taken but they don’t want to share what was the corrective action.
