Treebo Dee intercontinental amritsar we stayed.
1- no hot water in bathroom.
2- Although wifi is there, there is no internet n no data. After complaining nobody could fix it
3- Room is filthy, linen the most dirtiest ever.
4- No bathroom amenities, no soap, no shampoo, only a handwash is kept which they call it shower jel.
5- I wanted to have khichdi for my kid, but only they could offer was milk for dinner.
6- Booking time they say they have parking, but what they have is road side space for parking.no dedicated parking space, hence lier.
7- For food they have plates and katories which seems age old dirty like can't describe.
8- Last but not the least, few staff are so rude and impolite that they don't deserve to be chaprasis in hotel industry.
9- At the time of check out I paid for some food items that we had consumed but no invoice issued to me saying it will be issued online.but I did not get any bill, the amount was 290/- probably they pocketed the amount.
10- Don't want to attach any photo or video, pls visit the hotel n see for yourself.
This was my first n last stay for treebo hotel, as my expectation was way beyond imagination, since I thought its a chain hotel, so must be at least offering what they are showing in their website.
