They are cheats!i booked a Lko-bhopal flight( Ref450893405) with them for Rs.5026/- few days back, of course all was smooth until the amount was debited from my A/C, then i get the message:'flight is being confirmed'? It never happens this way actually, flights are confirmed beforehand, and the msg should be something like 'your ticket is being generated.' I was about to send them an online msg when their so-called CC called to inform on the prwdictable-your booking request has been declined by the airlines but we have processed full refund and the msg to the effect will be sent in 2mins. Despite myself i was polite which i regret very much.
Having wated an hour i managed to get the CC executive on call after repeated attempts for an hour n half, she again v.predictably made a hue n cry about checking out my status and came back with an unconvincing 'refund info is in your inbox', i gave a big piece/peace? of my mind to her followed by intermittent emails for 2 days but received the same reply every time.
So guys beware of these people, dont be lured by their low rates as i did and thus was robbed of my too hard-earned money and vacation.Like i told them, not everyone can waste 5-6k just like that, i am now stalled until i get my refund! Btw i also wrote a review for their own website, lets see if they display it, i think not.
