I cant curse myself enough to have hurriedly booked a ticket with Travelyaari(somebody correctly coined the name travel barbaadi) for travelling from Katra(Jammu) to Delhi that too with my aged parents! These guys are completely fake. I booked AC sleeper ticket with them choosing seats of my choice as almost whole bus showed empty because I was booking almost 2 months before travel.
When we turned up for the boarding in Katra, we were shocked to see that the bus assigned for the journey was non-AC and I was told to go to the last seats. The bus configuration was nowhere near to what was shown online. I had to fight with conductor to get better seats.
It was a horrible experience with Travelyaari and I would advise you to stay away from this site. Just because there are no clear laws to protect consumer rights in such cases, there cheats exist on internet. But I am just doing my bit to ensure lesser people get into their trap and they close down one day.
