Inspite of losing the courier I have sent from Kerala to Mumbai in february of 2017 I had to face extremely rude behaviour of staff at their Kollam counter. They have kept real goons as their staff . Pls do not pick trackon for any of your couriering requirements. They have a toll free number that never works nor do they reply to any of your mails. I lost a consignment that had products worth ₹8000. Never going back to these frauds for a service in future.
