Use less hard disk poor customer service. Review on Toshiba Canvio Basic 1 TB External Hard Disk

I purchase this product 5 month before. because it is quite cheap among all other same specs external Hard disk. on beginning 20 days it work fine without any problem after approx 25 or 26 days later I hear a click sound coming from inside the hard disk I thought it is general so I ignore it. after almost one month I notice that click sound increases and the performance of the hard disc is down it start taking a lot time for transfer a file approx 10 minutes for 1 Gb. I visit to toshiba service center and explain them they put my hard disk on replacement and they took almost one month to give me the new one. the new one is currently work fine but they waste my almost 2 months very very poor service. it has USB 3.0 but still the data transfer speed is very slow I check in samsung laptop also but it give same transfer speed. hard disk has good design but the led position is not at good place.

for me this hard disk is totally use less, I wait for one month for replacement and still I not get satisfied result from toshiba.
