Very Bad Experience. Review on Togofogo

Togofogo is a website through which we can buy Pre-owned and Refurbished Mobile Phones, Tablets and other Electronic Gadgets.Recently I bought a smartphone from TogoFogo.It was Sony Xperia Z1 which was from Pre-Owned Category.I ordered it online and I received the smartphone after 7 days.After unboxing it, The Smartphone was good in look but the side socket was broken.Along with this they didn't provided the Headphones and The Charger was also not of Sony, It was a local Charger.When I got the smartphone, It was fully discharged i.e., 0% .Soon I charged it with the Charger and Started using it then It started to discharge immediately.Later I came to knew that the Battery was damaged.Soon I called up the Togofogo customer care and Let them knew about the issue but they said that they doesn't refund for the items sold as we sold refurbished items only.I did several time complaint for the same but they didn't responded on any other social media pages.So I would recommend that Please don't buy anything from this website else you might lose your hard earned money.
