Do not exercise!
I really want you to hear me about this.
Most of the people who are doing exercise are damaging their own body.
This doesn't mean that exercise is harmful for health.
I can go on and on about the benefits of exercise
But!
Let me tell you a true fact.
Experts have said that 90 percent of our body weight depends on what we consume.
So the vast majority of people consume a huge amount of junk food or whatever and exercise in order to compensate it.
Let me give you an example.
A man burns 50 callories on a treadmill and after that he takes up a bottle of some juice and consume 300 callories.
So this doesn't make any sense.right?
