Hello friends as we know exercising regularly has many benifits such as physical, emotional and social health benefits. You need to exercise safely to remain healthy and injury-free. we should exercise without getting hurt.
and we should undertand and keep in our mind that exercise doesnot only mean building muscle it is way for being healthy and fit to our body.
so Here are some tips to stay safe and injury-free during exercise.
1.Be aware of your body.
Think about how the particular exercise is making you feel. If something doesn’t feel right, stop immediately and seek medical advice or take rest. we should avail to understand the way the particular has effect on our body.
2.Warm up and cool down.
firstly try slow stretches and go through your daily exercise Cool down with slow stretching. these steps will reduce injury risk.
3.Pace yourself or take rest
Have at least one recovery day each week to rest. If you are experiencing pain, rest until the pain has gone.
if you forcefully do the exercise exsively then it me have some bad effect on your body.
4.Mix it up.
Try other sports and exercises to reduce the risk of overtraining.we should know that exercises doesnot only mean playing football or other sports exercise can be also be just walking around.
5.Stay hydrated.
one of the most important thing we should understand that while excersing we should always be hydrated in other words we mist have enough water to our body.
beacause water helps in blood circulating and keeping our body fit.You can lose around one and a half litres of fluid for every hour of exercise; so drink water before, during and after an excersise.
6.be aware of weather.
care should be taken in hot weather and wear clothing and sunscreen to protect yourself from the elements.
or in rainy season try to wear rain coats other wise we may get uneccesary skin burn or cough cold etc.
7.Do the exercise correctly.
we should do each exercise correctly if we perform the exercise in wrong technique then there may be side effect in our body or there may be no result benifit in our excersie so try to get the technique right from the beginning, to ensure you are using your muscles correctly.
8.arrange necessary items required
before going for an exercise we should Make sure that shoes and equipment are fit properly and are right for the activity. Look after your equipment and check it regularly for safety.
9.Be careful
while exercising we should be careful especially at night or in secluded areas.try to Take a friend or your dog, stick to well-lit areas and wear bright or light-reflective clothing so drivers can see you.
