First we need to prepare for doing exercise mentally and physically and then set time regularly for that. Better to choose morning because we are loaded with full energy. If we choose evening there are much chances to avoid that with lot of excuses.


Before starting exercise make sure which one is needed for you. Because some having upper body and some need lower body. So do the exercise as per your need.


Dont take overload. Start with small then slowly increase hours and take heavy exercise.


For first few days sure you have body pain . So know that before.


Eat healthy food while doing exercise and also plenty of water.

So it is very important to include time for physical exercise in your routine. You can include any type of exercise.


1 Cycling. For those who don't have time for gym and people who don't like to pressure on their body cycling is the best option for them. We can burn 400 to 600 calories per hour by cycling.


2 Running. it is quite harder than cycling but running is very helpful for creating muscles, and very good for your heart health.


3 Dance. yes ofcourse dance is also a exercise and can burn lots of calories with fun. There are many types of dance style like salsa, jazz, modern, hip hop, etc.


4 Walking. maximum of people use motorbike and other vehicles to save time and efforts and they lose their walking habit. but it is helpful for your mental and physical growth. Even many successful people accept that they walk for 5 to 6 km daily. It boost up your mental power and also good for physical health.


5 Gym. At last you should join gym for your overall muscles growth and you can buy some products by which you can exercise at home.

My name is a Shubham tripathi so you should want to be healthy then needs u exercise such as morning walk, pranayama, I running, gym etc.in this time visible everyperson overweight .they needs physical hard work, you folloed any tips, do many types experiment.but the most effective experiment is are those excercise, then I gives some tips you can followed.


First of all you will do regularly exercise , then lose a weight and forever to be healthy.


in a jamping jack exercise is started at least 7 min regularly then you make a body fit and mind fit and agile.


Wall seats exercise can benefit thigh and leg and it helps balancing the body.


My favourite exercise and the most push up is the main part of exercise and give advice do these exercise fast then chest is came out .


Abdominal crunch exercise can be made proper ABS, in this exercise molecular changes in muscles in my body similarly running.


Chair steps exercise , during keep in mind body is straight because maintain balance.


squats exercise is a helpful for balancing body and u can do it.

Only 7 min., then risk of health reduced from body.

I can go on and on about the benefits of exercise


But!


Let me tell you a true fact.


Experts have said that 90 percent of our body weight depends on what we consume.


So the vast majority of people consume a huge amount of junk food or whatever and exercise in order to compensate it.


Let me give you an example.


A man burns 50 callories on a treadmill and after that he takes up a bottle of some juice and consume 300 callories.

Hello friends as we know exercising regularly has many benifits such as physical, emotional and social health benefits. You need to exercise safely to remain healthy and injury-free. we should exercise without getting hurt.


and we should undertand and keep in our mind that exercise doesnot only mean building muscle it is way for being healthy and fit to our body.


so Here are some tips to stay safe and injury-free during exercise.


1.Be aware of your body.


Think about how the particular exercise is making you feel. If something doesn’t feel right, stop immediately and seek medical advice or take rest. we should avail to understand the way the particular has effect on our body.


2.Warm up and cool down.


firstly try slow stretches and go through your daily exercise Cool down with slow stretching. these steps will reduce injury risk.


3.Pace yourself or take rest


Have at least one recovery day each week to rest. If you are experiencing pain, rest until the pain has gone.


if you forcefully do the exercise exsively then it me have some bad effect on your body.


4.Mix it up.


Try other sports and exercises to reduce the risk of overtraining.we should know that exercises doesnot only mean playing football or other sports exercise can be also be just walking around.


5.Stay hydrated.


one of the most important thing we should understand that while excersing we should always be hydrated in other words we mist have enough water to our body.


beacause water helps in blood circulating and keeping our body fit.You can lose around one and a half litres of fluid for every hour of exercise; so drink water before, during and after an excersise.


6.be aware of weather.


care should be taken in hot weather and wear clothing and sunscreen to protect yourself from the elements.


or in rainy season try to wear rain coats other wise we may get uneccesary skin burn or cough cold etc.


7.Do the exercise correctly.


we should do each exercise correctly if we perform the exercise in wrong technique then there may be side effect in our body or there may be no result benifit in our excersie so try to get the technique right from the beginning, to ensure you are using your muscles correctly.


8.arrange necessary items required


before going for an exercise we should Make sure that shoes and equipment are fit properly and are right for the activity. Look after your equipment and check it regularly for safety.


9.Be careful


while exercising we should be careful especially at night or in secluded areas.try to Take a friend or your dog, stick to well-lit areas and wear bright or light-reflective clothing so drivers can see you.

Exersise is not only keeps body fit, it increase confidence level. Hello! Guys I am a boxer and I shere my free hand exersise tips which is vrey help full for every one, even women can follow this. Before start I want to say one thing always remember NO PAIN NO GAIN.


1.always try to wakeup at 5: 30am and go to bed with in 12am. This time routine is more effective on our body, it increase our energy level and reduce stress.




  1. Early morning try to do cardio exersise, like runing, skipping, jumping , squats and plunk.




  2. First of all warmup body and start run for 30 minutes. It start slow jogging then increase speed.




  3. Then should do skipping for one minute and ten second rest then 15 reps squats. This exersise do 3 times.




  4. Do skipping one minute and take ten sec rest then 20 reps pushups. This process continue for 3 times




  5. Now take one minute rest.




  6. Now 7-8 reps pullups for 10 sets.




  7. Then should do regular pushups 20 reps for 5 sets. And 15 reps wide pushups for 5 sets.




  8. Do 50 reps situps for 4 sets and 50 times legrising for 3 sets.




  9. Should do plunk one minute for 3 times. Remember do not try to lifting heavy loads if you are not trained. It may harmfull for our body.






Following this exersise maintain blood pressure, incerese energy level, reduce fat and provide you more strength than others.

Guys if you dont have enough money its ok, if u also dont have ur own house its ok.But You should definitely have a GOOD HEALTH.


Guys if ur health will be good you can easily make money and build your house.

So lemme share you some tips about various types of exercises.


1) Have proper schedule - Make a proper schedule woke up early in the morning everyday . have a morning walk try to walk barefoot in dew grasses that is very helpful for your body.


2) Yoga - Do yoga regularly like padamasam, pranayam , Anuroam vilom etc because No medicine can cure better then yoga. Yoga also increases your immunity power. Our encestors have proper schedule of yoga that's the main reason they live a healthy and long lasting life.


3) Aquapressure - This is that marical which can remove us if we are any long term dieses or the dieses to which we can't cure it from medicine so in that case aqua pressure works as miracle.


4) Meditation - this is that pratice that if we follow this regularly it increase our stress handling capablity. It also makes us feel good.


Try to be happy more and more laugh as much as possible it increases your blood.


You don't need to join any gym or have a trainer just simply follow these steps they will help you in living a healthy & stressless life.

Hi everybody,


I am Ranjith and now I am going to share some tips for exercise and easy way to loose weight which really helped me out in many ways and is strongly recommended by my coach. I have been undergoing training for almost 3 months and I have lost almost 3 to 4 kgs so quickly as possible .


Here are some of the tips:


1) There are many exercise that we can do in our daily life rather than going to gym. It includes walking, swimming, aerobics, dancing or other activities warm and without feeling out of breath. It makes us a enthusiast person all around.


2) The second main thing is the dress you wear. It should be loose and comfortable. You can wear sneakers or flat shoe with laces.


3) If you are a starter, build up your speed gradually ad slowly. Atleast it should last for 30 minutes.


4) Exercise regularly at the same time because it will be a part in our daily life style. Find your suitable place for jogging.


5) Let go of your bad habits. It will help you to concentrate in your actions.


6) If you are having bad mental and physical health, there is the chances of getting ill more. So avoid it completely.


7) If you are sick of doing different exercise daily, then you can try this one.


a) MONDAY-you should do 100 bumpers.


b) TUESDAY-you can have 100 squat jumps.


c) WEDNESDAY-100 bumpers +100 squat jumps


d) THURSDAY- you can get rest.


e) FRIDAY-100 bumpers


f) SATURDAY-100 squat jumps


g) SUNDAY-100 bumpers+100 squat jumps.

If you are an athletes you go to track& field daily and do work out daily. For increase your performance and making leg muscles more powerfull so here are some workout to enhance your overall athleticism.


You have to work out 3 days a week in gym for legs.


#1. Launges - 3set - ( 8reps on each leg) .


This exercise help in extension of hip flexor muscles. Which make your each stride long , controlled and balances the power of both legs.


#2.front squard ( my people favourite) -


This is really complex and hardest exercise to do this fix the body imbalances ( upper body mass and lower body mass) . Best for athletes.


#3.dead lift- it make strong gluteus so you can cycle fast while running.


Do not do deadlift and squards during in season may make you slower it damage the fast twitch muscle to grow stronger and during this change you feel slower.

Hi everyone I want to share with you a few tips on excercises to maintain your body healthy and wise. Inspite of busy schedule and jobs every one neglects their health. Proper health care prevents you away. From diseases. As a part of it to have healthy life you should do regular excercises. Excercises make your body fit and resistant to diseases. A few tips to do excercises every day are first you should wake up early in the morning. it's best for the teenagers to go to gym and do excercises for certain time. Your diet is the one which should be taken in a controlled manner. Always try to enage in some sort of work donot rest your body so that all your nerves get activated and bloods flows very active. Doing yoga in the early morning hours also helps you to have good health. If you had any neck pains or nerves then in the early morning hours you should do excercises by turning your head around which frees also the nerves and bloods flows .

To keep our body healthy and fit we need to do exercise everyday. Here are some tips for exercise.


In a 24 hours we should do exercise at least half an hour.


If you can wake up early in the morning before go to office then is very beneficial for you. If you do exercise early morning then you can stay active all day and with that you will not miss you exercise.


If you exercise at evening then if you had so much work in office or you get a fight with the someone all your mood is really not fine because of you work or other tension then you really can't concentrate on evening exercise perhaps you will say to yourself that is okay today my day was a bad so I should take a holiday from exercise. If you do exercise in early morning then you don't have any excuse like this.


But if you can't wake up early morning then you can continue exercise at evening no problem for that. What is essential that you must do exercise. There's lots of exercise for your body. According you need you can choose an exercise you can go to gym whether you go to play ground and do running, are you do cycling, or you can do yoga aerobics anything which you like so much. Just keep in mind that every must do exercise every day even you are so much busy you Jass to do half an hour exercise.


Only exercise is not enough with the exercise you must take a good healthy diet.


Avoid eat fast food like a pizza burger which has so much fat so you always try to eat those things which make your body healthy. If you eating habits are not a good then even if you do exercise it will not be beneficial for you. That's it I hope with these tips you can do better exercise.
