Hi everyone I want to share with you a few tips on excercises to maintain your body healthy and wise. Inspite of busy schedule and jobs every one neglects their health. Proper health care prevents you away. From diseases. As a part of it to have healthy life you should do regular excercises. Excercises make your body fit and resistant to diseases. A few tips to do excercises every day are first you should wake up early in the morning. it's best for the teenagers to go to gym and do excercises for certain time. Your diet is the one which should be taken in a controlled manner. Always try to enage in some sort of work donot rest your body so that all your nerves get activated and bloods flows very active. Doing yoga in the early morning hours also helps you to have good health. If you had any neck pains or nerves then in the early morning hours you should do excercises by turning your head around which frees also the nerves and bloods flows .
