Health is wealth if you have a good health then of course you will have a healthy mind because a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. Conclusion is that we can say health is very important in our life.


To keep our body healthy and fit we need to do exercise everyday. Here are some tips for exercise.


In a 24 hours we should do exercise at least half an hour.


If you can wake up early in the morning before go to office then is very beneficial for you. If you do exercise early morning then you can stay active all day and with that you will not miss you exercise.


If you exercise at evening then if you had so much work in office or you get a fight with the someone all your mood is really not fine because of you work or other tension then you really can't concentrate on evening exercise perhaps you will say to yourself that is okay today my day was a bad so I should take a holiday from exercise. If you do exercise in early morning then you don't have any excuse like this.


But if you can't wake up early morning then you can continue exercise at evening no problem for that. What is essential that you must do exercise. There's lots of exercise for your body. According you need you can choose an exercise you can go to gym whether you go to play ground and do running, are you do cycling, or you can do yoga aerobics anything which you like so much. Just keep in mind that every must do exercise every day even you are so much busy you Jass to do half an hour exercise.


Only exercise is not enough with the exercise you must take a good healthy diet.


Avoid eat fast food like a pizza burger which has so much fat so you always try to eat those things which make your body healthy. If you eating habits are not a good then even if you do exercise it will not be beneficial for you. That's it I hope with these tips you can do better exercise.
