Hello I came to pune to my relatives house and here they are using tikona broadband service.and by there service I was shocked as there is always problem.net is always disconnecting.in a month it works only for two weeks that to very slw speed.even if we complaint they send technician and that day only net will. come and the very next day it will go off.we tired so much of contacting there customercare because they wont solve the issue.so I wont recommend it.better to choose other isp.
