MY User ID: 1126168359 . I purchased on Date: 06/09/2020. After three days of payment he installed Tikona( With lots of followup. Installation is done.Installation person is rude and careless not interested to pick up my call). 2nd day of installation tikona internet is not working.

My TIkona App I have download from palystoe. I dont know how to login. I am software engineer but I cant find password in mail and cant login .Tikona customer care number is not working . I tried to call my installation person number he is not receiving my call. Its such bad service. realized I wasted 4800 Rs.

Tikona is giving pathetic service to customer.
