I'm new to the city and I made pre-booking of tickets of movie tkts with the help pf mobile App.
While navigating Ticketnew app shown Theater is 15 mins from my place. However, when I reach the location specified by ticktenew app there was no theater at all.
Fraud application.
Customer care acknowledge my booking and they refuse to cancel the tickets calming that is not there mistake.
