It looks likecheating app. For viduthalai movie yesterday night at 12 0 clock I booked. Though I paid the amount , I can't get my ticket still now. I ammoer disappointed and worried. Very poor service....

The site is asked 4 times for a ticket bookinghave entered it many times but verification part is nil . And we foecefully need to go another otp.so its a some kind of fraudlent
Ticketnew.com is the worst online portal I have ever tried in my life. I have tried to book the ticket 2 times and got failed and the amount debited from the account. But the ticket still stuck in the air. I lost my money. when connecting with customer care, those idiots saying having issue in online payment.
Please don't try this Fxxxxx hole, if you are not rich.

One of the worst experience I ever had in my life time . They say 24)7 but no one will answer at anytime .. that too when you calling for issue no one will be available . It's seriously irritated with their service. I don't think it's a service or customer care . Just a dump.. the rating 1 star is really high for them.Try call them for any service after 9 and experience it.. worst worst worst ever I saw in my life
Ticketnew.com website is No 1 worst movie ticket booking website in Tamil Nadu. I have booked bigil Tamil movie on 16.11.2019 but PSS Multiple Tenkasi theatre played Sangatamilan Tamil movie. Fraud website groups.
You can even generate a movie ticket. why do you need a website. you want user information but can even do this basic service.

ended up in ur page. amount deducted but ticket did not generate . Rs 390.80/-
I want this amount to get refunded.
I don't understand, movie ticket itself did not get generated how come you can give a cash back of Rs16/- . Are you trying to tally the amount of Rs. 390.
And this is not the first time, this is happening.
If this time the amount ti not refunded, then you may face the consequences.

I tried to book the tickets through ticketnew.com twice in this week and both the times payment went through but not received the tickets. I got the following error after I released the payment but the payment is successful and it is confirmed by the bank

I was trying to reach out to ticketnew.com and support number never works. The biggest joke is it says 24/7. There is not instant reply to my mails. Very sad with this type of service. If anyone has encountered this type of issue? This is first time I tried ticketnew.com and literally it is worst experience ever and decided not to book any tickets through this site going forward.
I booked the ticket seeing the Malayalam movie Jhonny Jhonny Yes papa which was listed on the site, but I got the ticket for the movie Jhonny English strikes again which I was not interested. When we are mailing with the screen shot attached they are replying saying that refund or cancellation is not possible and I should have gone through the terms and conditions it seems. There is no clarification for the movie which has been listed which it is not running in that particular mall. How they can even list the wrong information and cheat people and get money. Very bad experience. If we call that customer care once from our phone, next time we won't be able to get connected also.
This app doesn't have proper service. Whenever I try to book a ticket there is some server issues. And I am cant able to book my ticket.And this app doesn't provide coupon codes too.And this app has less number of movie or cinemas option. I nearly found server down for 10 to 12 times.And theaters in this app are nearly B and C grade centers
Hi guys.today am telling my experience in ticketnew.com.am booking tickets on baloon movie.the tickets was booked by my debite card the payment I will paid but the booking result didn't come to my mobile by sms.the ticket book app is worst .the money didn't refund .i am not to take any action to that.in my experience I tell u guys book tickets but be careful to booking tickets.
I had booked my Movie on this website for 21/11/2017 for 01:20 pm then on 21/11/2017 morning I received multiple calls and msgs from PVR Punjagutta stating that movie is cancelled and the amount will be refunded back by the website from we have made the booking.I was upset for this last min information then I waited for about 2 weeks for refund.I contacted back Ticket New customer care and was informed that the movie was not cancelled and there is no refund to be done.
I would like to question them if my booking was not cancelled why is it showing as invalid in my account status of Ticket new.I am also attaching the screenshots of my account status of this booking.
Why am I highlighting this issue again?Because I am receiving promotional msgs from Ticket New and keeps me reminding of this experience.
I would suggest you to try Bookmyshow and https://cinepolisindia.com/ for booking movie tickets they are much better than this website and they also provide great offers at time!
I'm new to the city and I made pre-booking of tickets of movie tkts with the help pf mobile App.
While navigating Ticketnew app shown Theater is 15 mins from my place. However, when I reach the location specified by ticktenew app there was no theater at all.
Fraud application.
Customer care acknowledge my booking and they refuse to cancel the tickets calming that is not there mistake.
As in phonepay apps there was an offer going on of 25% off so I gave a try to ticketnew after the discount it was same price like what I pay from other ticketing website. I was like whats the point of getting discount. So I did just one time ticketing with them. And soon unstalled the apps. There apps is also a feel of low quality the graphics the website they don't have a feel of other good ticketing websites. And in the cinema I said I paid with ticketnew sites they don't know which site 0is that so when I scanned the code and enter the cinema.
I'm living in chennai. I often go for flims in theters. So I made search of online booking. I found two sites like ticket new and book my show. This sites contains more theters.
My favourite aadyar theter available only on this site. I have made many booking on this site. The booking of ticket made very simple and at easy to book at this site than book my show.
This site information are mostly correct about movies screening and show times.The lot of offers like Flat 50% off and ₹100 off.it seems ticket rates are cheaper than their original rateand saves my money. It is a trusted site from my experience.
So here's what happened when we booked a movie for ticket new.
I was trying to book a ticket for a Tamil movie. So it all when good when we got stuck at the promotion page for the discount.
If you need to add the promotional code for the ticket, it says you need to download an app and then when you download that, it says you need to add money to the app to proceed. Doesn't this sound as a scam?
But still I went through that and got ambushed.
End point, got charged twice and screwed.
So when you use an app just book the ticket and enjoy the movie. Don't try any promotions.

This is the app that I ever knew that started offering discounts on movie tickets in Andhra Pradesh. Eventually, when competition begun, I had to stop using TicketNew as other competitors offered better results
Though, it was history, recently, it has again started offering good discounts with the collaboration of various wallets.
The network of theatres are comparatively low in number. It would be good if it include more theatres.
One unique feature of ticketnew still make me engage is; I can book my ticket half an hour before showtime subjected to availability of tickets.

It has been designed as user friendly to choose the movie , theatre & even exact seat. Availability & booked seats are mentioned clearly.
Main advantage of this website or app consists that there is distance measurement of theatre from your current location , it helps to choose our convient theatre as nearby and also facility to navigate to respective theatre through google maps.
Some disadvantages are also there as listed below,
1) Promotional offer codes are not working in all times
2) No option to give our feedback about the movie
3) Need to add some more theatre in every location
Only these small disadvantages has to be adopted to became a top most app or website.
Remaining everything about this app is good and simply awesome !
Now it is my favorite app for booking my regular time movie tickets.
