Professional courier is the worst courier service in my locality. My brother sent us a parcel through professional courier which reached after 10 days from the date he sent it.
The courier person called asked us to receive the parcel since I don’t have time we have asked for home delivery.
When they brought the parcel I opened it and shocked to see it is broken in to pieces and then I asked the courier person why it is broken, he simply said I don’t known how it is broken. I contacted the branch and the owner said what is should do once broken is broken what can I do for it.
They simply ignored and speaking very rudely. This is the first incident happened to me, then again I had got courier through same professional courier and the product is broken in to pieces again. They just don’t give the product in safe manner. Please don’t use this worst courier service ever in your life. I hate this courier which is in my locality. I don’t know about the courier in other states.
