This is my experience with The Mobile store.. and the same kind of story I received from others as well.
In the month of Feb 10, I have paid Rs. 1379/- thru online to The Mobile Store, for a basic mobile made by Nokia 1209 model, which is even now available in the market less price. After a week I have contacted the Customer support at The Mobile store, they said that the item is on the way. Surprise. until today 'IT IS ON THE WAY".
Tried to contact the supervisor or the manager (who is never available for help, in fact the line never transferred to the supervisors or managers. Even tried log calls with Customer support executive (Mr. Ashok) vide call ref no. I-100021817.They always says that the supervisor will be calling you back sooner.
Now would you like to try your luck.. ?
Suggest.. Never or ever.. Buy anything from the mobile store.
