Three (3) months after buying TCL Split aircon the remote got busted. I went to the dealer (DuEkSam San Pedro Puerto Princesa) to explain my experienced with the remote & the staff told me the remote of the aircon is an accessory without warranty of replacement. The worst is when I went to DuEkSam service provider said it is not repairable & advised me to buy new one. The question I have now is how sure am I that the 2nd one will last longer than 1st?Why there is no warranty when I have just bought it for 3 months only. Lastly, how long this new aircon unit will last?


BTW, I also have TCL smart TV ('55 & '32 inches).
