Bought TCL wall air conditioner in 2021, it listed only for one year, there was no cool air coming out, so I was under their guarantee, so they send me a new one, that lasted a year too, and same thing happened again, no cool air coming out, this time the company didn’t want to replace it, so it went in the garbage. I would not suggest TCL, very bad service and quality, their products are very cheap.
