The taxi for Sure is re-promoting its old promotion in new messages. Previous it gave discount of 50% upto INR 150 travel cost for the past 3 months.
Being a regular traveller I availed it many times. Today I got an sms which intimated me that its 50% discount on rides. I was very happy & took a ride.
After the ride got over I checked the bill only to be fooled. It was the same old offer 50% till INR 150 of travel. I made a call to the call centre only to be told that it was the old & existing offer. The service of the cabbie is good but miscommunication like this will land them in trouble.
