I have taken Tata Sky connection on 05th January 2016 and they send me SMS on 6th January 2016 at 8:03 that


"Welcome to Tata Sky! You have won a FREE Showcase movie! You may watch your FREE movie any time until 12.01.16. Press Showcase to view listings & order"


But today when I pressed showcase button on remote nothing was visible.Then I called helpline no. 18602086633 for claiming the Free movie they said that we have not send the SMS at your mobile. This is a great cheating to a new customer.
