We subscribed Tata Sky three years ago - when taking the package they offered all the channels in apackage called jumbo pack, later on they started removing the channels from my package - all the sports channel are out, all the life style channels are out .
When I talk to them they tell me that they have reduced the monthly subscription by 25 Rs per month and changed the package to help me save money. And in the name of helping me save money - they charge me 330 Rs per month to view package called south package....when I told them I am not interested in saving 25 Rs take your offer back and give my channels back they say we are sorry sir - to watch these channels you need to pay additional. I am stuck with them since I paid INR 3500 for the set top box. ...These buggers are complete frauds just stay away from them..your regular cable guy is better.
