TataSKY is a question mark for Trust?
I have been using Tatasky from 2007. I was a happy customer till 2010. I was very comfortable with the quality, and service even though it coasted more. I always go for a annual package based on my families preference.
This year TataSKY has hoaxed me. As usual I subscribed Annual Grand Sports Pack + Tamil Pack, Malayalam Pack. I even convinced my spouse that it is a Tata’s company and we can trust them. We went for a annual package.
But I was terribly wrong. They cheated us; they have started dropping one channel after another with-out even intimating us. I have tried reaching call centre no response. Then I raised tickets on Tatasky portal, the customer service closes the ticket even without responding to the query.
Since I have been locked in for a year, I don’t know what to do.
Beware of TataSKY!
