Tata Sky has pathetic customer support. Review on Tata Play

I have subscribed to Tata Sky for over two months now and I can vouch their customer service is one of the worst.

When you call their customer care if you select an option you are a new customer immediately you are put on with the sales person. But existing customers have to wait till eternity till someone answers the call. I have tried multiple times there number 60006633 in Bangalore and every time I was made to wait 8-10 minutes on phone.

Having differentail service for existing customers and new customers is a testimony to Tata Sky's business practice which is to catch new customers but not paying enough attention to existing customers.

Incidently I had called up the call center to lodege complaint against some problems in their online service.Having failed to do both, I am putting my comments here to make people aware about pathetic customer support of Tata Sky
