Ordered Tata Sky on 7th Jan. Recd on 8th Jan. But Installation was done only on 27 Jan.
Also as promised SUN TV is not yet on Air. So watch out TATA is not yet reliable on their promises. Installation is very very late. When we question they comfortable told me they had my wrong number. How then the Unit was delivered and payment tasken ?
Ways to fool you. Not only me but other friends had the same explanation given when late installation was done. This is just like the Re. 1 lakh car. Expect a tricycle with a motor. Beware. Beware. Beware. But programs are very clear. I dont know about Rainy days. When I have an experience I will let you all know. Still to improve. Must develop customers and not Brand. When SUN TV comes the Tamilnadu region will support TATA very well. But the cost must be as per TRAI.
