After using some dongles I tried TATA Photon+ too.
This one is also not satisfied with it's cost and packs.
I recharge for 999 INR and got only 20 GB which is not even comes for 1 week.
The net speed is ok but not too good.
If you are a frequent traveller from one place to another place and needs internet go for it.
Otherwise my good suggestion is that go for a broadband which comes in less cost if you stay at a single place.
Many broad brands like pioneer gives unlimited usage with high speed at 800 INR.
