Tata consultancy services is a good company in the field of IT industries but I suggest dont join TCS because TCS hires freshers students but it did not touch any new things to the new students it gives the old pattern to all the new employees and main bad quality of TCS at this time is it fires maximum new employees after 2_ 3 years.
Salary is good but very few knowledge to learn here .
It provides good security for employees.
Here very few chances to learn and growth.
Work environment is good at this company because it is a multinational company and it maintains its reputations.
CEO of this company is good.
