Hello.
I purchased a product from tata cliq.com on 1feb and the delivery was expected within 1 week.
I have been waiting for my product and the first week passed but the product wasnt delivered, I tracked the status of my order and I was unable to tract it , I contacted their customer carr and they told me to wait for some days.
I waited for some days and after 2 weeks the product was delivered, when I opened the product first of all the packaging was worst ever, the product was not in its original condition and was damaged. I returned the product and got a refund finally after 1 month, too slow is this site and its service. Worst ever site I have ever seen.
