This site is run by wrong people who doesn't understand the value of customer service. One of my order #100048336 was never shipped nor refunded. For another one of my order #100049118 I got only one product out of two. They have no mechanism to resolve dispute with the sellers if you are duped by the seller. Customer care is ineffective and pathetic. I got the refund claim thru my credit card. The moral is don't trust any new eCommerce site even if it is from Big brand.
