Wasted my time with two customer support folks using their chatbox. They use copy-paste things most of the time and don't reply to questions properly.
Their Prime membership is USELESS. It's also a SCAM since they don't offer proper customer support or refund. Don't waste your time. If you are from a small city, you won't find many other prime members. I was asked to "broaden my location preference".
And they said straight up "No refunds" even if it's their fault for not having many Prime members in the location.
