Like many have said here, we were trapped because of some beautiful product pictures on their site ! But this company is a total fraud in India. We have been struggling for last 1.5 months to get the correct status from them. Forget about the product. They don’t even provide the correct status. They will keep promising and apologising like stupidly broken record. Soon we run out of options and we have paid them the full amount. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS COMPANY and never fall for their beautiful pictures.
