Have been using Swiggy for quite some time, and honestly, it’s becoming more irritating day by day.
Yes, the app looks smooth and ordering is easy, but what’s the use if the experience after that is so poor?
Many times the order is delayed even when the restaurant is close by.
I have also received wrong food items or cold food, and when you complain, the customer support mostly gives scripted replies without actually solving the problem.
The refund system is a nightmare sometimes they just refuse to give your money back even when it’s clearly Swiggy’s fault.
On top of that, the extra charges ( delivery fee, platform fee, surge fee) keep piling up, making even a simple meal feel overpriced.
The only good thing is that Swiggy still has a lot of restaurants listed and late-night options, which is why people keep using it. But honestly, the way they treat customers is very careless.
